I’ve led transformation from inside complex organizations — not from the sidelines. As a former executive responsible for business and culture strategy, I know what it takes to align leadership capability with enterprise priorities.

During my tenure at Harvard Business Publishing, I have held various roles and currently serve as the Vice President of Business and Culture Transformation. I led the creation and implementation of our first Diversity & Inclusion strategy, establishing the vision and goals for the organization. I continue to enhance employee engagement and drive business outcomes by discovering, cultivating, and delivering best practices to foster an inclusive culture.
I regularly share my expertise through briefs and blog posts on topics like D&I, managing a multigenerational workforce, and preparing for the future of work. Additionally, I am a sought-after contributor and speaker for podcasts and webinars.
