So What Now
I’m here to disrupt the corporate definition of DEI and inclusivity from focusing upon specific groups to addressing everyone – thus changing your leadership legacy.
Both “nurture” and “nature” have uniquely prepared me to change the course of DEI thought leadership. Growing up in a mixed-race family within an all-white neighborhood during the 70s and 80s, I learned to navigate exclusivity both personally and professionally. Being “the only” in countless situations allowed my innate personality traits to shine – cultivating my secret sauce, a special ability to be immediately authentic and confident with any group.
I am passionate about taking my special sauce and new DEI perspective to corporations to make the largest impact – leveling the scales for all employees, while driving profitability and exceptional leadership legacy.
I regularly share my expertise through briefs and blog posts on topics like D&I, managing a multigenerational workforce, and preparing for the future of work. Additionally, I am a sought-after contributor and speaker for podcasts and webinars.
