I’m here to disrupt the corporate definition of DE&I to ensure organizations thrive amidst macro challenges.

It’s time to change the systems, not the people. Amplify employees potential, driving real effectiveness and enhancing the bottom line.

The Power of Inclusive Leadership Video

The Communicate Like You Give A Damn podcast, hosted by Kim Clark, features Ellen Bailey, VP of Business and Culture Transformation at Harvard Business Publishing, as she shares insights on the transformative power of DEI in the workplace.

The Bailey Difference

I founded The Bailey Difference, enabling me to apply a comprehensive approach that cultivates a high-performing culture, amplifies employee potential, and ensures organizations thrive amidst macro challenges.

The comprehensive Win3 formula harnesses the unique perspectives of all employees to make the most informed and strategic business decisions. My Win3 Formula unlocks the full potential of your most valuable resource – your human capital – driving both individual effectiveness and overall financial success.  Win3 integrates Strategy, Mechanisms, and Human Capital.

Win3 Formula

Strategy

Plan of action that maximizes financial and human capital resources to achieve business goals and objectives.

Mechanisms

Processes, procedures, and systems that adequately support and drive the implementation of its business strategy.

Human Capital

Maximize the work environment to foster motivation and productivity that results in continual business success.

So What Now

Change your Leadership Legacy

I’m here to disrupt the corporate definition of DEI and inclusivity from focusing upon specific groups to addressing everyone – thus changing your leadership legacy.

Both “nurture” and “nature” have uniquely prepared me to change the course of DEI thought leadership. Growing up in a mixed-race family within an all-white neighborhood during the 70s and 80s, I learned to navigate exclusivity both personally and professionally. Being “the only” in countless situations allowed my innate personality traits to shine – cultivating my secret sauce, a special ability to be immediately authentic and confident with any group.

I am passionate about taking my special sauce and new DEI perspective to corporations to make the largest impact – leveling the scales for all employees, while driving profitability and exceptional leadership legacy.
